Weight Loss
This section covers weight loss supplements and the habits around them. You will find product reviews, best-of guides and plain explainers, grouped into Fat Burners, Metabolism and Appetite, Weight Loss Drinks and Shakes, and ACV and GLP-1 Support.
When we judge a weight loss product we look at the full ingredient label, the dose of each ingredient, and whether the evidence comes from human trials or only from lab or animal work. We also check stimulant content, common side effects, and how easy the refund policy is to use.
No supplement replaces diet, sleep and activity. Talk to your doctor before trying one if you are pregnant, take medication, or have diabetes, heart disease or high blood pressure.
Can a supplement replace diet changes for weight loss?
No. A supplement cannot replace changes to what you eat and how much you move. Most weight loss pills have little good evidence behind them, and some have been found to contain hidden drug ingredients. Treat any product as a small extra at best. Talk with your doctor before starting one, especially if you take medicines or have a heart condition.
