Editorial Policy
This page explains how Health Forge Daily researches, writes, scores and updates its articles.
How we review a supplement
- Label check. We list every ingredient and its dose. If a product hides doses inside a proprietary blend, we say so and score it lower.
- Evidence check. We look for published human studies on each main ingredient and compare the dose used in those studies with the dose in the product.
- Safety check. We note known side effects, drug interactions and groups who should avoid the product.
- Money check. We read the refund guarantee, shipping rules and any auto-ship or subscription terms, and we look at customer complaints.
How scores work
The full scoring table is on our How We Review page.
Scores run from 0 to 10. They reflect label transparency, strength of evidence for the doses used, safety notes, value for money and refund terms. A score is our editorial opinion, not a medical recommendation.
Sources
We prefer primary sources: peer-reviewed studies, government health agencies and the product’s own label and terms. We link to sources inside the article where a claim depends on them.
Independence
We earn money through affiliate links. Brands cannot pay for a review, a score or a place in a best-of list, and they do not see articles before publication.
Corrections and updates
Each article shows the date it was last updated. We revise reviews when a formula, price or refund policy changes. If you spot an error, tell us through the contact page and we will check it and correct it.
