Herpes & Viral Support
This section covers supplements marketed for herpes outbreaks and viral support. You will find reviews and plain explainers on what the research shows.
We check lysine, zinc and herbal doses against human studies, flag claims that a supplement can clear a virus, and review side effects and refund terms.
Herpes and other viral infections should be managed with a doctor. Ask before use if you are pregnant or take antiviral medication.
Can a supplement cure herpes or cold sores?
No. There is no cure for the herpes virus, and no supplement has been shown to get rid of it. Prescription antiviral medicines can shorten outbreaks and lower how often they happen. Some people try lysine or lemon balm, but evidence is limited. See a doctor for frequent outbreaks, or for sores near the eyes.
