Is there good evidence that memory pills improve focus?

For most healthy adults, there is little good evidence that memory or focus pills make a real difference. Ingredients such as ginkgo, bacopa, and caffeine appear often, but study results are mixed or small. Sleep, exercise, and managing stress have stronger support. Ginkgo can raise bleeding risk with some medicines, so check with a pharmacist first.
